Dear Racers,

As you know, the 2007 Nick Katsounis 10K Memorial Race is vastly approaching. We would like to take this time to remind you that complimentary transportation will be provided as in the past. It is imperative that anyone in need of utilizing this service advise us by June 11^th 2007 of flight arrival and departure times. It is imperative that we receive your itinerary A.S.A.P. For your convenience we have attached an itinerary form to be filled out and emailed/mailed back. You can also find a printable version of this itinerary form on our website www.nkrace.org UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED IF YOUR ITINARARY IS NOT SUBMITTED BY JUNE 11^TH  --NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Transportation times are as follows:

Friday, June 22^nd 11:00 am – 7:00pm,

Saturday, June 23^rd 11:00am-7:00pm

Sunday, June 24^th 1:00pm & 3:00pm

Transportation will be provided between John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia and Islip  MacArthur airports and our host hotel only. No transportation will be provided to or from Newark airport. If you plan on flying into/out of Newark you will have to make your own accommodations.
